Crushed Sage

There are a multitude of ways to use this healer. Enjoy as a tea, add to smoke blends, smudge your space, add to baths + tinctures, or incorporate it in your favorite recipes. 

For tea: steep 1-2 tsp in 8 oz of hot water for 10 minutes.
