Chrysanthemum provides a calm cooling energy. Helps with lowering blood pressure and soothes stomach and digestion discomfort. Fever reducing and targets colds. Rich in beta-carotene which breaks down into vitamin A to serve different purposes in the body. Vitamin A behaves like an antioxidant in many ways and eliminates oxidative stress + damaged cells in organ systems around the body.

  • Enjoy as a tea, in baths, or apply hydrated flowers under eyes to reduce puffiness or redness of the skin after steep has cooled down.

    For tea: steep 3-4 flowers in 8oz of hot water for 5 minutes.
