Enjoy as tea or add to soups + broths for an immune boost.

For strongest steep:

Place roots and water in a small pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Once it's done simmering, remove the pot from heat and allow it to steep for 30 more minutes. Strain and serve.

For a lighter steep:

2-3 pieces of root in 8oz of hot water. let steep for 15 minutes
